Does Roblox allow this?

Was writing up some game ideas, and came across an issue. I know Roblox does not allow gambling of platform items such as limiteds, but it players had items in-game, are they allowed to gamble them with other players?

Edit: Items can NOT be bought using Robux

So, it isnt gambling if its only in game currency that you earn
If you can buy currency, its gambling
