No, they 100% have not lifted their terms of service.
While it doesn’t and never has specifically said you cannot sell stuff off of platform it’s more of a here’s what you can do instead of here’s what you cannot do.
Roblox doesn’t earn any revenue if you sell stuff on Patreon so why would they ever allow it?
