So I decided to make some bunnies for my game, and decided to give one a scary face just to be funny. I do not want this to affect my games age guidelines, so… should I change it?

If it can scare younger people then yes, change it if you don’t want it to affect your game age guidelinss.
The middle one could definitely be considered scary, but this guideline is very subjective, so it’s difficult to answer “how scary must something be in order for the guidelines to classify this as scary?”, or “is this considered scary according to the guidelines”.
The middle one might, but the rest are fine.
the fourth one from the left is terrifying, remove it immediately im having a panic attack
