I commissioned someone to make a thumbnail for my game and Im not sure if he used AI or not.
Does it look good to you?

Yes it looks AI generated, the faces scream of AI generation but besides that there are at least few instances where things are inconsistent or smudged.

It’s pretty blatantly AI, try to refund it if you can.
First thing, those are blatantly not roblox characters, they just look off.
Second, as @laindecat stated, there is smearing and a lot of inconsistencies.
Third, the shadows don’t line up correctly at all. Yes, this is a real thing AI does.
Shadows are all meant to meet at the same point, the ones in your image don’t at all.
They all have different meeting points because there is no real light source.
Another thing similar is the perspective of objects. All objects at the same rotations should have the same meeting points. The ones here don’t.
If I were to draw these same lines from a screenshot of Minecraft, you can see that the lines all to meet up at the same point.
Of course though, this is going far too in-depth for spotting AI, they didn’t even try to hide that this is AI. It’s just blatantly so.

As a graphic designer always ask whoever you commission to show you progress of the work no matter how quick they are. And yeah this is Ai generated

As others have said, this is AI. (Personally i could notice it 5km far away)
but the real problem is how much you paid that person for him to just type some words to an AI,
you basically gifted someone money, i feel bad for you
