Other Important Information

[1] Team Structure

The reasoning behind utilizing a team based structure is simple. It’s easier to manage than having one huge super-team. Each team is set on different tasks, however they all work within the DoIA. Team Leaders are expected to always be in close contact with one another, so that they can collaborate and express ideas/concerns to the Head Secretary.

There are four teams all together, each team is lead by a specialized Team Leader, there is 1 Team Leader per team. In each team, there are 3 Senior Agents, and 15 Agents. There can also be up to 25 Junior Agents in each team. Applicant(s) are not able to be included within teams until their application is accepted and they pass basic training, then they become a Junior Agent.
