Dolced Staff Handbook | 2021 Edition
What is Dolced Cafe & Bakery? 
Dolced Cafe is a new, and upcoming Cafe group on the Roblox platform. We aim to provide users with the best cafe experience on Roblox!
What is the purpose of this handbook?
This handbook explains everything an MR+ rank must know, for when working at Dolced Cafe. Not following regulations set out within this document can result in consequences.
Section One | Group Ranks
Ranks
[1] Valuable Customer - This is the first rank in the group. This is a guest who has joined our Roblox group.
[2] Noted Guest - A former SHR+ rank, or alliance representative.
[-] Suspended - Suspended staff members are given this rank.
[4] Awaiting Training - The first staff rank within the group. They have applied at the Job Center or attended an interview session. They have no commands. They are responsible for serving guests at the Cafe, and attending sessions.
[5] Junior Barista - This is the second staff rank within the group. They do not have any commands and would have trained, or earned points to obtain their rank. They are responsible for serving guests at the Cafe, and attending sessions.
[6] Experienced Barista - This is the third staff rank within the group. They do not have any commands and would have been trained or earned points to obtain their rank. They are responsible for serving guests at the Cafe, and attending sessions.
[7] Senior Barista - This is the forth staff rank within the group. They do not have any commands and would have been trained or earned points to obtain their rank. They are responsible for serving guests at the Cafe.
[8] Staff Assistant - This is the first MR rank at Dolced. They are responsible for serving guests at the Cafe, and ensuring the Cafe is running smoothly. They have moderator commands.
[9] Supervisor - This is the second MR rank at Dolced. They are responsible for serving guests at the Cafe, and ensuring the Cafe is running smoothly. They have moderator commands.
[10] Kitchen Leader - This is the final MR rank at Dolced. They are responsible for serving guests at the Cafe, and ensuring the Cafe is running smoothly. They have moderator commands.
[11] Assistant Manager - This is the first HR rank at Dolced. They can host training and interview sessions, and should ensure the Cafe is running smoothly. They have administrator commands.
[12] General Manager - This is the final HR rank at Dolced. They can host training and interview sessions, and should ensure the Cafe is running smoothly. They have administrator commands.
[13] Executive Assistant - This is the first SHR rank at Dolced Cafe. They are members of a department. This role has super admin commands, and is responsible for carrying out department duties.
[14] Administrative Officer - This is the second SHR rank at Dolced Cafe. They are members of a department. This role has super admin commands, and is responsible for carrying out department duties. This role is usually given to department directors.
[15] Board of Directors - This role is given to Department Leaders, and is awarded for hard work. This role has super admin commands and is responsible for carrying out department duties.
[16] Chief Corporate Officer - This is the final SHR role at Dolced Cafe. Promotions to this rank are rare, and are given to hard working staff members at Dolced. They have super admin commands.
Development Team - This rank is given to the developers of Dolced. They have Creator Admin commands.
Head Developer - This is the lead developer for Dolced. They have Creator Admin commands.
Automated Bots - This role holds the ranking bots for Dolced Cafe.
Co-Owner - This rank is for the Co-Owner of Dolced Cafe, and is unobtainable.
Chairman - This is the rank for the owner of Dolced Cafe. This rank is unobtainable.
Section Two | In-Game Admin & Moderation
In-Game Admin & Moderation
Dolced Cafe has in-game admin that works alongside a moderation system to ensure that gameplay is fun for everyone!
When playing our games, staff may use the following commands, but not excessively:

In-game, you can warn players with the following template: Warning Number - Reason.
Players get up to three warnings. If they exceed three, please kick the user, or call an MR+ to kick. If they return and continue, you may server ban the user or call a HR+ to do so.
Acceptable reasons for warnings:
- Trolling
- Caps abuse
- Minor Spam
- Not listening to staff/following rules.
- Disrespect towards other players.
Mass Spammers, exploiters, bypasses, anyone violating the Roblox Community Rules/Terms of Use must be pbanned. You can report the users within our Discord server, or call an SHR rank to deal with the situation.
Section Three | Training & Interview Sessions
Training & Interview Sessions
Staff should regularly attend training and interview sessions. Only MR+ staff can help at sessions. HR+ ranks can host sessions.
During sessions, all staff must be professional and must follow the appropriate guides located within our communications server.
All Assistant Managers MUST have an overseer present for their session to commence. Starting without, could cause a suspension. Please refer to the Hosting Guide.
Section Four | Monthly Activity Reforms
Monthly Activity Reforms
Reforms take place every month and help us manage our staff members based on activity.
Requirements:
For MR ranks: At least 5 sessions attended, and spent at least 35 minutes at the Cafe. (Per month)
For HR ranks: At least 5 sessions hosted or co-hosted, and spent at least 35 minutes at the Cafe. (Per month)
For SHR ranks: At least 3 sessions hosted or co-hosted, and spent at least 35 minutes at the Cafe. (Per month)
Reforms are only for MR+ ranks. If you do not meet the required amount of hours & sessions, you will be reformed (demoted) whereas those who exceed the expected hours/sessions may get promoted. Our system can detect if you go AFK/Idle for over a certain amount of mins. Doing so for an excessive amount of time will cause a demotion and your activity being reset!
If you can not meet the requirements, you are allowed to take out an Inactivity Notice, on our Discord server.
Section Five | Departments
Group Departments
Dolced Cafe has specialized departments in order to allow the group to run well. Please find below information for each department.
Support Department

Information: Manages support tickets and deals with any questions/concerns people may have.
Capacity: 10 Members (Excluding leader)
Public Relations Department
Leader:
Information: Manages our alliances & partnerships with other groups.
Capacity: 8 Members (Excluding leader)
Events Department

Information: Manages and hosts events at Dolced Cafe.
Capacity: 5 Members (Excluding leader)
Marketing Department

Information: This department manages all of our in-game monetization and deals with our social media accounts.
Capacity: 3 Department Members (Excluding leader)
Staffing Department
Leader: glowinqbelaa
Information: This department manages all of our staff, and handles any rule violations within the community.
Capacity: 8 Department Members (Excluding leader)
Moderation Department

Information: Manages our Discord Server, and ensures the server is free of any rule violators.
Capacity: 5 Department Members (Excluding leader)
Section Six | Points
Points
The in-game point system gives players a way to rank up faster than getting promoted via training or getting noticed by a staff member. Reaching certain amounts of points unlocks higher ranks within our group. You can claim your rank by contacting Dolced Support.
An auto ranking system is expected to be introduced in the future.
Points System:
100 Points - Junior Barista
250 Points - Experienced Barista
400 Points - Senior Barista
1500 Points - Staff Assistant
2000 Points - Supervisor
2800 Points - Kitchen Leader
5000 Points - Assistant Manager
Section Seven | Staff Rules & Regulations
Staff Rules & Regulations
Staff are expected to follow a set of rules when working at Dolced Cafe, which are listed below:
Rule One - Respect
Respect is one of the main rules within our group. Customers and co-workers should always be treated with respect, and kindness, no matter what.
Rule Two - Professionalism
Staff are expected to be professional when working at our Cafe. This involves using grammar, being polite and focusing on your duties. Staff should not be fooling around. SHR ranks are not required to use grammar, although it is preferred.
Rule Three - Slacking
Slacking at our establishments, not working properly, point/activity cheating is all prohibited. Staff should be working and active when playing.
Rule Four - Topics
Refrain from speaking of sensitive topics within our establishments, or topics that could cause upset/distress to people. We want to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience at Dolced! Please also refrain from causing drama within our community and sharing any private information.
Rule Five - Roblox Policies
When playing our games, ensure you follow the Roblox Terms of Use, and Community Rules.
Rule Six - Integrity
We ask that you remain honest to our Human Resources Department, and HR+ team, and always follow our staff regulations. Lying will always cause more issues for yourself.
You must also not manipulate, emotionally blackmail and discriminate against anyone.
Section Eight | Staff Punishments & Consequences
Staff Punishments & Consequences
Dolced’s Human Resources Department has a range of punishments that range, depending on the severity of the situation.
Warning - This is small, and is usually nothing to worry about. This can be issued for small actions such as accidental admin abuse. Getting 3+ warnings within the space of 5 months can lead to a termination.
Suspension - If you are suspended, you are temporarily ranked to the ‘Suspended’ role, and are restricted from joining our games until your suspension is over.
Termination - This is given to people in very severe cases, blacklisting you from getting an MR+ job at Dolced. Terminated users are permanently banned from all of our establishments.**
Section Nine | Promotions & Cool downs
Promotions & Cool downs
Promotions are given to staff who work hard within our establishments, by our HR Department. If you are promoted, you are placed on a cool down.
All MR ranks have an automatic cool down of three weeks, meaning if they are promoted, they may not be promoted again until three weeks have passed.
All HR & SHR ranks have an automatic cool down of one month, meaning if they are promoted, they may not be promoted again until one month has passed.
