Don't know how to upload my blender model with the animation

I created a character and made an idle animation for it in blender. The thing is that I’m not sure how to upload the animation to studio. I remember doing something like this in the past, but I’m not sure how I did it.

Copy all the animation keyframes and export to your file

Not sure what you mean.

Do you mean I should copy all these dots to the clipboard

and then, how would I export it to my file?
