Maybe you can give the monster some perks or tools they can use to make taking out others easier?
- Something that turns the lights off for a couple of seconds, nobody can see except for the monster
- Mind control over other players, possibly let the monster kill others by controlling someone else
- Some sort of invisibility perk
You would also need to give some perks and tools for the survivors too, though;
- Medkit that can heal a player after an attack
- A consumable that speeds the player up
- A bag that can allow for holding more keys (if you can only hold one by default)

I see that you set BreakJointsOnDeath to false, are you going to make a ragdoll script for when people die?
Maybe, I might do it in the future
