Double Function Inside Of CharacterAdded Event

No, you couldn’t. You could do one of two things.

player.CharacterAdded:Connect(CheckPointHolder)
player.CharacterAdded:Connect(PlayerColliding.onCharacterAdded)

or

player.CharacterAdded:Connect(function(char)
    CheckPointHolder(char)
    PlayerColliding.onCharacterAdded(char)
end)

The answer is No. You’ll need to make it separately.

For example:

player.CharacterAdded:Connect(CheckPointHolder)
player.CharacterAdded:Connect(PlayerColliding.onCharacterAdded)
