This document will provide you with information on how to perform alliance procedures you should take when applying for an alliance with other groups. This document is drafted towards DreyUpp Cafe’s Public Relations Team.


Requesting an Alliance
If you are interested in forming an affiliation with a group you found that would make a good alliance contact the Public Relations Director and have this approved beforehand.
The group must fit all requirements for an alliance to be formed.
You must make sure the group is currently accepting new alliances.
To start the application process you will need approval from the Public Relations Director to approve of this alliance.



Application Process

Once the Public Relations Director has provided permission for you to start working on the application, the team should work together and provide assistance in the process. This process shouldn’t be one someone has to work on alone unless the Public Relations Director has given prior permission.
Our application must be completed on a google document and then sent to the Public Relations Director for them to send to the applied group.



Accepted Applications

If the application sent by us is accepted, representatives from the public relations team will be chosen to represent DreyUpp at the group.
The amount of representatives chosen will also depend on the Public Relations Director and what they feel is reasonable as well as the group’s limits that are in place.



Rejected Applications

If an application sent is rejected, the Public Relations Director should send a form of rejection and take a look at what qualities led to rejection so these can be developed further in future applications.
