DreyUpp | PRR - Representing DreyUpp
As a member of the Public Relations Department you may be selected to represent DreyUpp at our alliances. When working as a allied representative there are a number of things you need to keep in mind.
Guide to Representing
If you are chosen to be an allied representative there are a number of things we will expect from you as a Public Relations Officer.
-
Professionalism & Maturity: When representing DreyUpp you must be on your best behaviour. Please remember that you are expected to be a mature individual as a member of the Corporate team.
-
Employment in affiliated groups: You’re not permitted to be employed in a position at affiliated groups without informing the Public Relations Director and you must receive approval from the Presidential Team. As an allied representative we expect you not to apply
Activity: As an allied representative you are expected to attend important meetings and events that your corresponding group hosts. You also expected to actively communicate with their partnership manager and keep them updated on events hosted by DreyUpp.
Communications Guide
As a Public Relations Officer communication is one of the most important aspects of your position. As an allied representative you will be given access to private lines of communications to communicate with the corresponding groups. Abuse of this feature will result in a demotion from your corporate position as well as removal from the public relations team.
The private lines of communications should only be used for:
-
Representative Changes: Allies should be made aware of any representative changes as it’s necessary for them to be aware who is managing the alliance.
-
Any observations that should be brought to light, this should be discussed with the Public Relations Director.
Attendance Guide
As a Public Relations Officer you are expected to attend alliance events such as award ceremonies and grand openings. These are important for your personal profile and can boost your experience!
In the case you are unable to attend an affiliated event you must notify the Public Relations Director so they are able to find a replacement.
Repeated offences of you missing events may result in you losing your opportunity to represent the group.
Your representative duties will be prioritised over you hosting trainings/shifts at the cafe.
