At Drinkstop!, we expect some rules to be followed whilst you are working. Firstly, it is required that grammar is used when you’re working behind the counter at the café and at all times when at training. Even though it’s not required when not serving at the café, we still require you to be mature at all times. Secondly, it is expected that you have some sort of guide that you may use when interacting with customers who order from you. You will need a short and simple greeting when first introducing yourself to maintain a level of satisfaction for our customers. Please note that your greeting does not need to be as detailed as the example below.

Examples:

  • Hello and welcome to Drinkstop! What would you like today?
  • Welcome to Drinkstop! My name is [username or nickname] and what would you like today?
  • Greetings! Welcome to Drinkstop. My name is […] and how may I serve you today?

PLEASE DO NOT USE GREETINGS WITH COMPLICATED WORDS

Thirdly, if any trolls come up to your counter or you notice any other user trolling, we expect that you handle the situation maturely. This means not interacting/encouraging the troll, but contacting the closest Supervisor or Manager that is in-game after issuing warnings. In the occurrence that an admin isn’t in the game, you may contact a Lead Barista to kick the troll. Trolls only receive 2 warnings.

Lastly, if anyone is exploiting, we expect that you handle the situation maturely. This means not interacting/encouraging the exploiter, but contacting the closest Supervisor or Manager that is in-game to ban the exploiter. In the occurrence that an admin isn’t in the game, take a screenshot of the exploiter exploiting and you may create a support ticket in the Discord server linked under our group and wait for an admin to arrive. Exploiters receive no warnings.
