When reporting abuse on a user’s profile or submitting a DSA report, if the user should be moderated for any avatar-related reason it will fail. I’ve attached more in the private content section.
Expected behavior
The avatar should be removed, editing should be restricted as normal, and moderation should be applied.

This was unfortunately already reported multiple times with no action taken. Roblox’s suggestion against this was to mass report the user until they get deleted as stated here (Which still doesn’t reset the avatar):

Hey, just letting you know, the status label of this topic seems to be removed (unless my page is bugging) so i’m not entirely sure if this will even be reviewed anymore
Do you still see one or did they actually remove the ticket silently?
