How do I apply?

If you want a job you have come to the perfect place! Make sure you have joined our ROBLOX group which is situated above, you will then need to join the application centre Here. Applying is simple! Complete the short quiz and you’ll be ranked up! Why do we have a quiz? It’s a simple and easy way to automatically rank you up! Once you pass you will be given the rank Store Assistant join the game and start having fun!

What opportunities does Dynamic Hold?

Dynamic will introduce you to many friendly people! You will learn basic skills such as how Department Stores run. You have the ability to get promoted by working hard and attending many sessions! Our friendly community will always be there to help you out if there is any trouble.

How do I rank up?

Ranking up is simple! Once you start working you have the ability to clean up spills, brush up litter and fix items which have fallen off the shelving! You also have the ability to restock shelving. All job will give you a certain amount of points. These points are your ranking points, if you reach your target you will be prompted to take a quiz. Passed the quiz? Amazing! You’re now experienced. Keep working higher and higher, each rank unlocks new features.

Rules & Community Guidelines

Rules are annoying sometimes but these are here to keep us organised! You should have no problem following these, but they are here to ensure you’re aware of how we role!

  • Be respectful, arguing in our games or on our platforms will result in a mute or potentially a warning, we don’t want the community arguing!

  • Content, you are not allowed to post anywhere impropriate links, images or messages. This includes sending Direct Messages on any of our socials. This would result in a kick/block.

  • Professionalism, if you are a business partner or staff member its vital to be professional, that will encourage customers to ask questions!

  • Have fun! We are a large roleplay community, I mean what isn’t there to like?

Rank Structure

Leadership Roles

  • Chairman - Manage the group.
  • Vice Chairman - Manage the group.
  • Chief Executive Officer - Do everything an Executive Officer should do and manage the group.
  • Group Administrator - A leadership team member. They should do everything management do but should also work in their department, give out promotions & demotions.

Management Roles

  • Store Director - Manage & supervise the staff team and management team, host shifts and keep the Management team in line.
  • Store Manager - Manage & Supervise the staff team and customers/guests, host shifts and keep an eye on supervisors.
  • Store Supervisor - Supervise the staff team and host shifts.
  • Management Intern - Management member in training. Management Intern must be active, start to supervise and host shifts.

Employee Roles

  • Store Guard - Store guards should taser & arrest players who steal, or disruptive players whilst they wait for a Management Intern+ to come down to the store.
    Experienced Sales Assistant - Serve customers at checkout spots, clean the store, restock shelves, make food, become a customer service member.

  • How do I become Leadership? Be in the group as a management member for at least two months, someone will promote you if you are working exceptionally hard.
    First you must meet these requirements.
Lower Ranked Information & Rules
  • Grammar isn’t required in the store however, please remain professional at all times!
  • No one should be slacking, get to work!
  • Don’t be rude to those above you, below you or who are the same rank as you.
  • Do not annoy/harass other players. e,g always steal their cashier, follow them around constantly.
  • You must listen to Management Intern+. If you do think that what they are telling you is breaking the rules, report them to an Executive Intern or above!

  • Recruitment - This department is here to hire professional staff members for management, Logan our Vice Chairman is in lead of this department.
  • Development - This is an important department lead of updating our Game and bringing new features to you. This is lead by myself.
  • Social - This group manage our social media platforms, providing you with top notch posts and updates, this group will post weekly so make sure you follow them, this is lead by Grace a group admin.
  • Public Relations - This group is lead by our Group Admin Emma and is constantly providing us with fun game nights, events and affiliates, this group has an amazing ability to keep us all entertained!
