Dynamic surfaces?

In my game, I have the planet Jupiter as part of the scenery in the lobby (the lobby it a space station). I have Jupiter rotating and it’s four major moons are in semi-accurate orbits which can be observed from the station. Currently, the surface texture of the planet is a static image. Is there a way to have a dynamic or animated image for the surface? Below is a YouTube video for the Voyager 1 approach to Jupiter to illustrate what I am talking about.
