Eceived Warning for "Giving PII" — Need Clarification

1. What do you want to achieve?
I want to understand why I received a warning for “Giving PII” and how to resolve it correctly.

2. What is the issue?
I received a Moderator Note stating that my asset violated the Roblox Community Standards due to “Privacy: Giving PII.” The offensive item is:

The note explains that Roblox does not allow sharing personally identifiable information (PII), such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, images of yourself, or unauthorized recordings of minors.

I’m confused because I don’t recall adding anything that falls under this category in the asset.

3. What solutions have you tried so far?
I reviewed the Community Standards and checked the game, but couldn’t identify what triggered the violation. I also looked into the Violations & Appeals process but wanted to better understand the issue before submitting a formal appeal.

Additional Details:
I’m one of the developers working on this game but not the sole owner. If someone else on the team accidentally added something that goes against the rules, I’d like to address it right away.

Please let me know what exactly was flagged so I can take the appropriate action and ensure future compliance. I’m committed to following Roblox’s Terms of Use and keeping the platform safe for everyone.

Thank you!

Contact Roblox support and ask what specifically triggered the violation. One of my games was moderated a while ago and after contacting Roblox support they let me know what triggered the violation.

Hi, I have a friend having the same problem right now. Were you able to identify the cause of this?
