Rules/Regulations
Please abide by ROBLOX’s Community Guidelines, beforehand.
The following are Economic Fit™’s Rules/Regulations:
- You are not allowed to advertise other ROBLOX groups on our Group Wall or Discord Server.
- Do not post offsite links on the group wall, without ROBLOX’s permission.
- Do not spam the Group Wall with misleading information or potential scams.
- Do not deliberately ask for Robux on the Group Wall.
- Please treat all members with respect, do not insult or harass any member on the Group Wall or Discord server about their political alignment, orientation, or their race.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I apply for a job at Economic Fit™?
Please visit our Application Quiz center. Fill out that form for a Staff Member position. After doing so, our Moderation/Management Team will review it, and if accepted, you will need to attend one of our SSUs (Server Start-Ups) to get promoted.
How do I get promoted to Staff Member, or become a Model?
You must at least attend two or more of our SSUs (Server Start-Ups).
They are normally hosted by a member of Management every week, although the time may vary, due to timezones.
How do I know if my application was accepted?
If your current role is either, Junior Staff Member, or Economic Fit™ Models, that means you passed our application. Your application is sent automatically to our Moderation Team for them to review it.
When does Economic Fit™ update the Home-store?
We update the home-store almost every week with our new clothing, keep in mind our designers are designing as much clothing as they can.
Role Requirements
- Regular Clientele
You must purchase at least 5 items off of our catalog, to be promoted to this role.
- Valuable Clientele
You must purchase at least 10 items off of our catalog, to be promoted to this role.
- Loyal Clientele
You must purchase at least 15 items off of our catalog, to be promoted to this role.

Our Promotion System Guide
- Junior Staff Member
Once your application has been reviewed and accepted by a member of Management Team this is the role you’re placed in. You must attend several SSUs (Server Start-Ups) to be promoted to the role of Staff Member.
- Staff Member
You must attend several SSUs (Server Start-Ups) to be promoted from this role, and be personally selected by the Vice President or President to be a Designer or a member of the Board of Executives.

The following are a set of guidelines and instructions approved by the parent organization of Economic Fit™, on the behavioral and internal operations and affairs handled in Economic Fit.
It applies to all the global communities under Kine Corporation™.

Be considerate.
We all depend on each other to produce the best work we can. Your decisions will affect your fellow community members, and you should take those consequences into account when making decisions. -
Be respectful.
We won’t all agree all the time, but disagreement is no excuse for disrespectful behavior. We will all experience frustration from time to time, but we cannot allow that frustration to become personal attacks. An environment where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive or creative one. Disrespecting will lead to severe consequences. -
Collaboration
While working at Economic Fit™, employees are expected to act friendly and collaborative with one another. We don’t want anyone to disrupt the workspace or create obstacles to colleagues’ work. -
Make differences into strengths.
We can find strength by making mistakes. It is always fine to make mistakes. The thing that matters is how hard you try. You should always shoot for your full potential. Different people have different perspectives on issues, and that can be valuable for solving problems or generating new ideas. Being unable to understand why someone holds a viewpoint doesn’t mean that they’re wrong. Don’t forget that we all make mistakes, and blaming each other doesn’t get us anywhere. -

Employees are expected to avoid personal financial or other interests which may hinder their capability or willingness to fulfill their job duties. -
Policies
All employees are required to read and follow all of our Corporation’s policies. If you have any questions contact a member of Management or a representative of the Department of Human Resources of Kine Corporation.

Resignation Policy
It is a requirement for any employee of Economic Fit™ to contact a member of Management if they wish to resign from Economic Fit™. Failure to inform a Middle Rank+ and directly leaving the group will result in potential consequences such as a blacklist from working at any Kine Corporation subsidiary. -
Promotional Policy
Do not advertise any servers or businesses in our discord server. It is strictly prohibited, and you will receive serve consequences. -
Inner-recruitment Policy
Do not promote, “rank”, or appoint anyone automatically within Economic Fit™. There has to be a reason to appoint someone to a management position. Failure to provide a reasonable reason will result in the dismissal of the appointee and a consequential strike for the appointer.
