Description:
I am reporting a bug where my eligibility for the 6-month free Roblox Plus subscription has disappeared. On April 13th, the dashboard confirmed I was eligible because my experience has over 629 hours of total playtime in the last 30 days. Today, the green confirmation banner is gone and the “Plus subscription” requirement shows a red “X”.
Step-by-step instructions:
Log into the Creator Hub.
Go to the “Publishing Permissions” page.
Observe that the eligibility banner is missing and the Plus requirement is marked as not met (red X).
Analytics Proof (629 hours) on 14.04.2026, 11:40 (UTC+3)
Expected behavior
I expect the dashboard to remain in the “Eligible” state with the green banner visible, as the 100-hour playtime requirement was successfully met on the snapshot date (April 13th). My experience has 629.8 hours of playtime, which is well above the threshold.
I think there might be an issue with the website right now because it’s displaying the same page for mostly everyone despite their requirements. My publishing permissions should display “Publish to all ages” as it’s current as well as having the qualified for free Plus Subscription but instead it doesn’t display the banner at all.
I was told I could get 6 months free but then lost it. I voluntarily bought plus but I’m curious, did anyone actually get their 6 months free? It is possible it is because I do not own the game and I am a developer for it, but if that was the case why was I eligible in the first place?
