Eligibility for 6-month free Plus grant disappeared despite meeting 100h requirement

Description:
I am reporting a bug where my eligibility for the 6-month free Roblox Plus subscription has disappeared. On April 13th, the dashboard confirmed I was eligible because my experience has over 629 hours of total playtime in the last 30 days. Today, the green confirmation banner is gone and the “Plus subscription” requirement shows a red “X”.

Step-by-step instructions:

Log into the Creator Hub.
Go to the “Publishing Permissions” page.
Observe that the eligibility banner is missing and the Plus requirement is marked as not met (red X).

Visual Aids:

Status on 13.04.2026, 18:00 (UTC+3) – Eligible

Status on 14.04.2026, 10:00 (UTC+3) – Bug/Issue started

Analytics Proof (629 hours) on 14.04.2026, 11:40 (UTC+3)

Expected behavior

I expect the dashboard to remain in the “Eligible” state with the green banner visible, as the 100-hour playtime requirement was successfully met on the snapshot date (April 13th). My experience has 629.8 hours of playtime, which is well above the threshold.

I think there might be an issue with the website right now because it’s displaying the same page for mostly everyone despite their requirements. My publishing permissions should display “Publish to all ages” as it’s current as well as having the qualified for free Plus Subscription but instead it doesn’t display the banner at all.

Happened for me also. I’m guessing Resurrected_Dove is right in that it isn’t saying that for anyone now.

Mine has also been removed despite meeting the requirements

Same here, despite meeting the requirements per Roblox on the group I own.

Seems like this issue is fixed now! Refresh the publishing permissions page guys!!

Mine was also removed when I previously had access to it.

Gotta love it when Roblox releases horrible updates when they are clearly not even ready to be released

Today, around 2 PM, there was an update, and the 6 free months have returned. I hope this time they won’t disappear again…

Is it just me or is the https://create.roblox.com/dashboard/publishing-permissions link leading to a 404 page now? Theres just something called “Select Eligability” on each game. Maybe theyre removing the requirement???

these chuds took away my 6 months too

Uhhh… I’m really sorry you’re having this problem, I think it would be best if you filed a ticket or bug report. :sob:

I still have the same issue, I also had the notice right here:

I also have the same problem. The lack of communication is awful!

I was told I could get 6 months free but then lost it. I voluntarily bought plus but I’m curious, did anyone actually get their 6 months free? It is possible it is because I do not own the game and I am a developer for it, but if that was the case why was I eligible in the first place?
