Premium Customer: They support the cafe and are always welcome at the Cafe, they’re also expected to follow Elysia Cafe’s regulations.
X | Suspended: Suspended is the rank given fo staff who didn’t follow Elysia’s staff regulations, and who’ve been temporarily demoted due to their actions.
Honoured Customer: This rank is given for SHR’s friends, contributors or former HRs, they’ve had special perks in-game.
1 | Trainee: Trainees, are junior staff, who can be trained in our Training Center, they are practising to become Barista or Security.
2 | Security: Security, have the responsibility, to keep the cafe safe, by cuffing players with Max Warnings, or Exploiters. Failing on this responsibility may lead to consequences.
2 | Barista: Baristas work behind the counter, their responsibility is to servers our lovely customers with our drinks and pastries.
3 | Senior Security: This rank can be earned via our Point System, Senior Security as their name suggest it, are Security who know their job, and who are granted more tools, to keep the cafe safe.
3 | Senior Barista: Senior Baristas are above regular Barista, they’re professional at their job, and know perfectly how to serves a customer.
4 | Head Of Security: Head Of Security, are the last security rank, they are above other Security, and have more responsibility than regulars officer.
4 | Head Of Barista: They’re above Barista and Senior Barista, they’re expected to be always professional and to know perfectly their job.
5 | Staff Leader: Staff Leaders, as their name suggest it, are the Leaders of LRs, they can do all LR jobs, and are responsible to ensure that everyone does their job correctly.
6 | Intern: Interns are junior MR, who’re granted admins to keep the cafe safe, they’re Staff Leader who passed an app or who hit a point requirement.
7 | Assistant Supervisor: They are the assistants of Supervisors, they keep an eye on Interns to be sure they’re not doing errors.
8 | Supervisor: As their name suggest it, they supervise everyone at the cafe, they are also helper by Assistant Supervisors.
9 | Staff Manager: Staff Managers manage staff, they can suggest LRs for promotions, help HRs at the Training Center, etc…
10 | Elysia Management: Elysia Managements are responsible of Elysia Cafe and Elysia Cafe Training Center, they’re considerate Senior Middle Rank (SMR) and are practising to become Board Of Directors.
11 | Board Of Directors: BOD, have the responsibility to host training, and to supervise MRs, they’re also granted server ban at the Cafe, they can become HR throughout an application or via an Executive Board+ suggestion, they are chosen and approved by the SHRs.
12 | Human Ressources: They’re responsible of Elysia’s staff, especially new HRs, they also work closely with Corporate Directors for Staff Management.
13 | Employment Director: Employment Directors, are trusted by SHRs and are allowed to suspend anyone with an Executive Board+
13 | Corporate Board: Their responsibility is to administrate Elysia Cafe, they’re responsible for Training, and of others HRs/MRs.
14 | Executive Board: Executive Board are the last HR Rank, they’re chosen only by the HC Council, they have ranking perms, for promotion, suspension, etc. They can use our Trello Ban system to permanently ban anyone from all Elysia Games. They’re above HRs, but below SHRs, they also collaborate closely with SHRs to keep the cafe.
16 | Chief Corporation Officer: They’re responsible to Coordinate Executive Board, they make sure they don’t commit a mistake. , they are also responsible for everyone at the cafe, they are the eyes of the HC Council.
17 | Chief Relations Officer: CROs manage Elysia’s communication, such as our social media or alliances, they can host events or meeting, they’re trusted by the HC Council and are granted many perms.
18 | Chief Technology Officer: Chief Technology Officer, are developers, they are trusted by the CEO and have a certain amount of experience, Elysia Cafe HCs make sure that CTO will not leak anything, and never broke any of our Development Quality Goal.
19 | Chief Staffing Officer: As their name suggest it, they are responsible for staff, they can ask HCs to do an assembly to choose a new Executive Board or a new CCO, they are trusted by the CEO herself.
20 | Chief Administrative Officer: Chief Administrative Officer, is the 1st HC rank, and permanent member of the HC council, they’ve been trusted by the Chief Executive Officer (Aethersthetix), and have all perms, they can choose new SHRs and EB after an HC assembly, they can run a department. They also collaborate closely with other SHRs/EB+, they’re also Celestial Dev staff and have full right to permaban someone from every Celestial’s games .
- | Chief Operations Officer: COOs are chosen by the CEO herself, they’re responsible of everything Elysia Related and manage everything, they have all perms and work closely with the CEO, there was here at the start and always participated at Elysia.
- | Chief Executive Officer: CEO, is the rank granted for Aethersthetix, she founded and made Elysia Cafe, she’s the President of the HC Council and responsible of Elysia. The CEO has every perms, she is also the Founder of Celestial Dev.
