Email Not "Valid" For Account Termination Appeal

I was terminated for the second time for an enforcement ban. I was terminated back in October 2025, and the penalty was later removed.

Ticket Numbers to back this up:

  • Ticket Number: 137721878
  • Ticket Number: 140482197

In March 2026, I was again terminated for the same reason, as my main account was the only one terminated for an enforcement ban. When appealing, I got an email from appeals stating that the email is not a verified email for my account, “sammikyu”. This can easily be backed up because I use DevEx services; therefore, the email address would be the same as my Tipalti Portal account.

All I did was appeal as normal under “Appeal A Decision” then “I was moderated for my behavior or the behavior of an alt account”, and for some reason, it is saying that this is not a valid email address with my account. If needed, I can also provide my email address as proof that it is my account.

Expected behavior

I expect a proper response while appealing through Roblox Support of my appeal to be either accepted or rejected.

I also wanted to add some questions I have about my termination and enforcement bans altogether.

  • What exactly is an enforcement ban?
  • What would lead to an enforcement ban where a singular account is isolated for termination?
  • Is it true that using public WiFi, VPNs, or being previously compromised could have been a factor?

Any further questions that I have would be unrelated to this topic.

Small Note: If you can investigate my termination and reinstate my account, I would sincerely appreciate it. I would love to understand the details, if you can, because this happened twice.

Hi, I wanted to add on to this. I am now receiving emails that my appeal window has closed.

The termination happened on March 12; it is only April 9.

I believe any instance where your IP is the same as someone else’s can cause an enforcement ban, especially with VPNs and Public Wifi. But I think Roblox has to somehow log it as your “main” IP, but I am not sure.

just tell them you live in an EU country that will give you 6 months to appeal :money_mouth_face::face_vomiting:

It is just a little confusing because no account is affected except for my main account. Anything attached to my email is fine.

Also, I appreciate the replies everybody gave me.

This might sound silly, but it is okay for me to keep both of these issues in the same thread, right?

I am just really stressed at the moment, especially since this is the only account this happened to, overthinking everything, and I am still looking forward to a definitive answer to my questions, whether here or in a private message. I do not want to sound rude or distasteful, but this really took a toll on me. It may sound really odd, but it is true.
