I’m writing this because I’ve honestly reached a point where I don’t really know what else to do. My account on Roblox was permanently banned due to an enforcement action, with the explanation that it’s linked to another account that committed a serious violation.
The problem is, this just doesn’t make sense to me. I have no connection to that account, I don’t recognize the username at all, and I’ve never interacted with it in any way. I’ve always used my account on my own, never shared it, and never used any alternate accounts. From where I stand, this feels like a complete mistake, yet every appeal I’ve submitted has been rejected.
What makes this even harder is the way the appeal system works. The responses I get feel very generic and repetitive, like they’re not really addressing my situation. There’s no clear explanation, no evidence, and nothing that shows my case was actually looked at properly. Even the replies that seem to come from a real person feel like copy-paste messages that don’t respond to what I actually wrote.
Another thing that really confuses me is that the account I’m supposedly linked to is partially censored. Because of that, I can’t even check what’s being claimed, or try to understand how this connection could have happened in the first place. It feels like I’m being asked to defend myself against something I’m not even allowed to fully see, which honestly feels really unfair.
At this point, the whole process just feels discouraging. It gives the impression that once an enforcement action is made, the decision is already final, no matter what you say in your appeal. There’s no transparency, no real communication, and no clear way to prove that a mistake has been made. It feels less like a system that’s trying to help, and more like one that just closes cases.
This is especially difficult for me because this account means a lot to me. I’ve had it since 2018, I’ve put a significant amount of money into it, and I owned several high-value limited items. But more than that, it’s something I’ve spent years on. Losing it like this, without a clear reason or a fair review, is honestly really frustrating.
I’m posting this here because I’m hoping someone might have gone through something similar, or knows a way to get this properly reviewed. If there’s any way to reach real support that actually looks into cases individually, or any way to escalate something like this beyond the standard appeal system, I would really appreciate the help.
Right now, it just feels like the system isn’t built to handle mistakes, and that becomes a big problem when situations like this can take away years of progress from someone who didn’t do anything wrong.
