Context
Introduction
The Italian Republic is a RoNation group, officially part of the first-generation RoNation community. However, we aren’t always focused on the external part but also focused on internal part as well! Each Italian departments has its own unique tradition and you might want to be part of one of them!
Universal Rules
The rules that is applied to all Italian Republic’s groups, this must be followed at all time.
- No toxicity
- Impersonating other people will lead you to suspension without a warning
- Be respectful to other members
- Personal attack is strictly prohibited
- Follow all stated rules
- Do not abuse your power (ex. using cuff to cuff people for no reason)
- Any form of scam is bannable offense and will get you exiled from the group
Any rules that is broken will get you either a warn, suspension, ban, or exile depending on how serious it is.
How to join a department
Each departments have their own requirements for you to meet prior to joining them. There is only one department that is invite only, find it out later in this section.
Italian Armed Forces
Also known as the Italian Forces or famously called; ITAF, is a military department that serves two purposes; raid and defend in the name of the Republic. This is the only department that involved with the clan communities solely only for raid.

Carabinieri
Commonly known as the “Carab”, is a military police department acting as the state law enforcement. It is responsible to keep the citizens safe from the criminals and enforce the laws to keep up with the Republic’s stability. This department is usually a strict department with hardest to get a promotion.
You may send join request and wait for the High Ranks to approve your request. Sometimes they will put up application form prior to joining the Carabinieri.

Intelligence Security Service
Famously known as the “ISS”, is a intelligence department to keep the whole Republic security safe from external and internal threat, directly or indirectly. This department is the hardest to get in because it have an extensive review process.
You must be invited by any High Ranks in ISS to join the ISS. There’s no another way.

Ministry of Economy and Finances
Known as the MoEF or simply the Treasury, is the treasury department. They are responsible to manage the Republic treasury and economy, to establish relations between the company and the Republic, to negotiate with adding a store to our city, and to coordinate an event for the company and the Republic in their and our places.

Department of Justice
Known as the Court or Supreme Court, is a justice department that is responsible to interpret the Constitution, rules, and laws, and to settle differences between Italian citizens and to put on trial those accused of civil disobedience or of violating law.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Commonly known as the “MOFA” or “MoFA” is a political department that is responsible to communicate, establish, and maintain relations with another nation/group. They’re also responsible to directly communicate with the Executives and deliver messages from the Executives to the international community.

Emergency and Transportation Services
Commonly known as “EMT”, is a public service to help with the community with the disaster situations. Currently, they’re consisted of firefighters and medics.

Agenzia Spaziale Italiana
Commonly known as “ASI”, is a scientific department that focused on research and development. It is typically treated as a “developer team”, but it has another purpose; space exploration and colonization.

How to take a public office
The public office is responsible to maintain the nation’s sovereignty and write laws to keep the stability stable. Our current government system is Unicamerism Parliament.
The public office is consisted of;
- The Senate
- The Council of Ministers
- Deputy Prime Minister
- Prime Minister
- President
The Senate
It is consist of 20 elected senators. It is responsible to make laws, pass, and block the new law. Each of them represent their state and political party.
The Council of Ministers
It is consist of the President of the Council, the Vice-President of the Council, and the Ministers who together form the Council of Ministers.
Vice Prime Minister
Assistance to the Prime Minister in running meetings and other tasks needed to complete for Prime Minister.
Prime Minister
Sometimes referred as “Head of Government”, is responsible to run the Parliament and the Council of Ministers. The powers are defined in detail in the Constitution and must be followed.
President
Sometimes referred as “Head of State”. It is responsible to run the whole nation and the powers are defined in the Constitution.

To become a Senator, you must join one of the registered party or register yourself as a independent candidate. If you choose to join a party, the party have to pick you to represent your party in the senate chamber if your party won at least one seat in the parliament after the General Election.

To become a part of the Council of Ministers, you must be a minister of a department, Vice Prime Minister, or Prime Minister.

To become Vice Prime Minister, you must be selected by the current Prime Minister.

To become Prime Minister, you must be the leader of a majority party with most votes and seats.

To become President, have the current President personally choose you as their successor with Sovereign Protector’s approval. Please note, President can be ejected by the Sovereign Protector or Group Managers if deem unfit or a threat to the Republic. This position is a lifetime term.
How to earn Lira in Rome
Lira is the Italy’s primary currency which is used in the City of Rome, used to purchase item(s) and store them in the bank. The only safe place for Lira to put is the bank as they don’t lose any amount at all. If you keep over 300 Lira in your wallet, you will lose some of it when you died in-game. The more amount of money in your wallet, higher risk to lose more money. When you die, your money bag containing a portion of your money will be dropped for anyone to take them from you. So always put them in the bank to save them!
Each teams, including Visitors and Citizen, have its own passive incomes. Currently all of them are earning 200 Lira per 5 minutes. This will change in the future when we introduce job, trading, and stock system to Rome.
