Error 500 Maturity & Compliance Questionnaire

When attempting to update Maturity Level for the Maturity & Compliance Questionnaire, when attempting to Submit it simply just shows Error 500

No idea why but I’ve tried clearing my cache, rebooting pc, restarting studio and roblox. And nothing is working. Trying to launch my game but it simply won’t let me due to having no maturity level.

Expected behavior

If it worked then I can release my game to the public.

Same here, waiting for Roblox staff to respond to a post like this takes forever. I hope this gets fixed soon!

This same error when attempting to update the questionnaire is happening for one of our games, as well. In our case, the updated questionnaire is required to be filled out by January 17 2026 or our experience will no longer be playable but we can’t seem to get it done. Roblox attention is appreciated as we’ve tried the typical troubleshooting (clear cache, different browser etc). Seems similar report to a previous issue Questionnaire is not working - Bug Reports / Roblox Application and Website Bugs - Developer Forum | Roblox.

Yup this is exactly our situation as of now as well.

Having the same issue right now on my game Backrooms: Desolation. The game and questionnaire have been updated to comply correctly, however I am hit with the same 500 error as you.

Update: tried same steps again this morning but this time with success. First verified each section still had our answers recorded and then submitted with no error. I hope it works for everyone else soon.

A fix was deployed yesterday - sounds like things are working. Please respond to this thread if you are encountering any other issues!

I’m having this issue right now, pretty sure it’s still broken.

We deployed another fix yesterday night - can you take a look?

My game recently had its maturity rating rejected and after contacting support they told me the maturity rating was actually correct and I should resubmit it to have it reviewed again.

When I try to resubmit the questionnaire it always says either Network error like the posts above or it sometimes shows unknown error.

I am also having this issue; it appears to either not have been fixed or has been re-broken.

@Uncle_Davey @Craxulator

Do you mind sharing your experience ID? Is it happening 100% of the time? How many times have you tried to resubmit? Thank you!

My Co-Dev and I have been trying consistently for multiple days, and it gives the error 100% of the time. My experience ID is 108690092076221

Having this issue on my game as well

I keep getting an ‘Unknown Error’
Is this going to be fixed soon?
Or do I just have to deal with these unforeseen consequences.
