error joining some roblox games

hello!

around a couple weeks ago i’ve began experiencing issues with joining roblox games. now most roblox games are fine, but some will prevent me from joining and say “this experience is restricted”. ive checked my settings, tutorials online, even contacted roblox twice and nothing worked. sometimes i cant join 5+ games and i can join 17+ games, or vice versa.

here is a list of things ive tried:
contacting roblox
restarting my pc
updating my pc
using the website
using a different browser
uninstalling roblox (and deleting all files) and reinstalling
using the roblox app
changing my content maturity rating

my account is verified to be 18+, but for a split second when i open my roblox settings page on the website, i see red texting saying i need to update my birthday.

the op also stated that using a previous version of windows 11 worked instead of an insider build, but im not on an insider build

I’ve tried joining a few games, notably 2 of them, Voxlblade and Trucking Tycoon Enhanced and Expanded. This is expected behavior since handheld devices are categorized as “Console,” so experiences should be published to “Console” to be playable.

We did this because the primary input for these handheld devices is the gamepad controller, as it is for consoles. We recommend that if you’d like your experience to be playable on these devices, make sure it works with gamepad controllers (you can use the emulator in Studio) …
