Error Placing Sponsored Ad

Reproduction Steps
Get InternalServerError when trying to place a new sponsored ad.

Also, none of my previous sponsored ads are listed for any of my games.

Expected Behavior
Normally, I can place a sponsored ad.

Actual Behavior
When I try to place the ad, it says InternalServerError.
