This bug report is for my friend @lan3_e, which has issues uploading any type of ugc. Even though he is linked with 2 parents and as it says on the marketpalce policy that you can either upload with an ID or a linked parent he still is met with a submission failed about how he has no ID linked to his account. I’m sure this also effects other people not just my friend but just wanted to make sure.
Expected behavior
Make it so users that have a linked parent can upload ugc instead of an ID like it says on the marketplace policy page
