This is the update log for Eventful Machine, a game which me and a few others are working on.
This log will cover all updates, including everything from minor patches to major updates.

the MACHINE update
We've finally added the Machine.Major changes:

Gamemodes have been added. These include the following:

Survive the Machine gamemode: Every event makes the Machine lose charge, until it runs out of power. You have to survive as many events as possible.

Survival of the Fittest gamemode: The game ends when there is only one player standing. There is no Machine in this gamemode.

Marathon gamemode: The game ends when there are no players standing. There is no Machine in this gamemode.

Minor changes:
- A badge for beating the Machine has been added.
Patch notes:
- Removed an unused sound that was causing output errors.
- All players will now face the front when spawning.
the DEATH update
Death has never been this exciting!Major Changes:
- Fixed the permadeath bug. You now get to CHOOSE whether you die forever or not!
- Menu volume settings now save!
- Toggle AFK using the in-game menu
- AFK mode: You will not be placed into the round
Minor Changes:
- New death notifications for when a player dies
- New death screen with changing splash texts
- Respawn button, so you can choose to stay dead!
- Notifications for when a player joins, leaves or dies
- Being greened will make your entire GUI turn green until you die.

The ragdolling system has been ENTIRELY reworked to be better.
- No more random failures of ragdolling!
- More customisability!
- Better integration!
- It’s just better. Trust me folks

STATUS EFFECTS!
- Almost every effect that an event can cause to your character is now a Status Effect. These show up on the right of your screen and you can see their name, description & how long it will last for in seconds when you hover over them.
- Almost every Status Effect is planned to have a dedicated image for it - we’re just working on making them.

Minor Changes
- Fixed various bugs that were really annoying and don’t even deserve to be named. (totally not because i didn’t keep track of them)
Ideas for future updates
- Yes, yes. We hear you. You’ll be able to earn Currency™ and use your Currency™ to buy objects that are fungible in Currency™. These objects can range from the humble Emote™ to the… …also humble Nametag…™
- There will be more gamemodes. Such as a boss fight gamemode. Or something (Don’t trust me on that one!!)
