Could we see the Developer Stats on your game?

It could be that when you shutdown the game, people think they might have been banned or the game as broken. So, try using a soft shutdown system.

@knightsandsword2 I agree with Prismatic maybe you could add a gui before the shutdown that says

The game is shutting down for a update in Blank minutes!!

If you are using vip custom reserver there no way to use shutdown systemi think
