Rank Information

Jr. Model - New to the fashion world, This rank is the first step to becoming fashion royalty.

Trainee - This rank is given to those who have passed our application/interview process and are currently waiting to attend Training.

Model - This rank is given to those who have achieved 10 Wins at our Runway.

Supermodel - This rank is given to those who have earned a respectable 25 Wins and have began to establish themselves as fashionable models.

Angel - This is the highest ranking model, earned by achieving 50 Wins after establishing themselves as a well-respected fashionista.

Security - Security members protect our group places from trolls and possible exploiters, and report any incidents to higher ranking members. They are responsible for ensuring day-to-day tasks are ran smoothly without interruption.

Host - Hosts are responsible for selecting themes and managing Models on-stage. It’s important for Hosts to select appropriate themes and ensure all models are on task.

Head of Security - Promoted Security members who have proven themselves as trustworthy staff members through activity, dedication and professionalism. Responsible for patrolling group places and removing trolls whenever needed.

Head of Host - Promoted Hosts who have proven themselves as trustworthy staff members through activity, dedication and professionalism. Responsible for guiding Hosts and Models whenever needed.

Clothing Designer - Creates clothing assets on behalf of Evolve. This is not a promoted rank.

Assistant Manager - Promoted Head Rank (Host or Security) who has proven themselves as respectable staff members. Responsible for supervising group places, reading applications, and helping out at sessions.

Manager - Promoted Assistant Manager who has demonstrated their professionalism and shown their dedication to Evolve through activity. Responsible for supervising group place, reading applications, and helping out at sessions.

Developer - Contributes to Evolve through development of group places. This is not a promoted rank.

General Manager - Promoted Managers who are now High Ranks and host sessions, promote/demote members, and are representatives of Evolve. Earned only by the most dedicated and respected members of Evolve. Hand-selected by Chairman

Director - Promoted General Managers who have proven themselves worthy of an even higher position. Hand-selected by Chairman

CEO - Promoted Directors who have achieved the highest rank possible in Evolve, Hand-selected by Chairman.

Chairman - Group Owner and Manager - [Unachievable]

Interview Questions

Interview sessions are hosted by a HR members. (General Manager+)
However, MR ranks are permitted to help by interviewing candidates. (Head of Host/Security+)

You should copy and paste the below questions, giving adequate time for your candidate to respond. You should look out for grammar and punctuation, and allow only three errors.

  1. Which rank are you applying for? (Host/Security)

  2. Why have you chosen this position? (2+ Sentences)

  3. In your own words, Explain the job description of your chosen position.

  4. Do you have any relevant experience in a similar group, and if so, which groups?

  5. What interests you about working in Evolve?

  6. What skills and qualities do you possess which could benefit Evolve?

  7. What would make you stand out from other staff members?

If your candidate has made few errors and has responded to your questions adequately, you may PASS your interviewee and allow the session host to rank them.

If your candidate has made multiple errors and has displayed little or no understanding of grammar, you must FAIL your interviewee and encourage them to try again at a later date.

Training Guide

This guide is to be used during all Training Sessions. You should copy and paste the appropriate notes below, giving adequate time for your trainees to understand and read your messages.

It is important that you request trainees to ask questions after you have finished giving notes, as it can become confusing and their question may be answered by the end of your notes.

HOST
Hosts are responsible for selecting themes and managing models on the Runway. The Host for each round is selected at random, and then displayed within the announcement GUI at the top of your screen.

Once you are selected to become the Host, you will then be prompted to select a theme from the GUI given to you. If you are not selected to become the Host for the current round, you may assist models with any questions they may have.

A timer will then be displayed on screen, and all models will begin to dress up. During this time you should assist models with any questions they may have, or patiently wait for everyone to return to line.

Once all models have returned to the line, you will be given a GUI to control the models on the Runway. All VIP models automatically are first, followed by the regular models. It is important that you give each model adequate time to pose on stage.

After each model has walked the Runway, they will be brought back on stage and everyone will be able to vote for their winner. You should then congratulate the winner, and patiently wait for a new round.
If you encounter a troll or someone who is behaving in an inappropriate manner, you should give them three warnings before contacting a moderator.

Once you have finished giving notes, you should conduct a troll test followed by a simple series of fives questions. Make sure you ask relevant questions which you have covered, and ensure your Trainee understands the three warning policy.

SECURITY
Security are responsible for ensuring day-to-day tasks within Evolve are ran smoothly without disruption from trolls or other players causing a disturbance. It is important that all Security members give three verbal warnings to players before contacting a moderator.

If you encounter a situation which requires a moderator, you may submit a call to our High Rank team by pressing the red call icon on the left of your screen at the Runway.

As a Security member you will be given access to Staff Tools which includes a Radio, and a pair of Handcuffs. You can use the radio to communicate with other Security-related ranks if you wish.

Handcuffs allow you to detain someone by equipping your handcuffs and clicking a player.
This isn’t always required, and abuse of this tools will result in removal of your rank.
You may demonstrate this on another Security volunteer if they allow you to.

After notes have been completed, you may ask your Trainee a series of 5 relevant questions, followed by a troll test. You should look out for accurate answers and ensure your Trainee understands the three warning policy.
