This is about the 100k refundable fee on the expedited review for a game taking over 2 weeks AFTER it was already approved. I apologize if I did some things wrong, this is my first actual post on this forum
Most of this post is for the engineering/staff team since I don’t think anyone can fix this issue aside from them.
Paid the 100k fee on an account. Transferred the group to a new account meeting all the requirements of publishing to all ages during that 48 hour period. It took 5 days for them to finally approve the game. Republished it on that new account not even 1 hour after it was approved, and the game went back into the 48 hour review. It has been 14 days since that, and it still says the same pending approval message above. My game has been delayed for over 2 weeks for something that supposedly should only take 48 hours, and it has already been accepted before, so I’m starting to believe this is a bug.
There is no other message displayed. It has looked like this uploaded image and always has been like this for 14 days. I triple checked all requirements and it doesn’t seem like I’m not elligible for this. Once again, the game was already approved before, so it doesn’t make sense why it wouldn’t now.
The new group owner has all publishing requirements and has roblox plus.
I did look up anybody else having this enrollment taking forever, but I haven’t seen any that took as long as mine or did the very specific steps I did, so I might as well make this post to see if this is a possible bug. I’m also aware they are possibly reworking with how the system works, but I’ve had this issue since 6/27, before they talked about any changes.
