I purchased an expedited review for 2 of my games to get them playable by all ages quickly,
we were promised to get a full refund of the amount spent after some time, but instead, this morning I woke up and I saw that I got my “refunds”, but I only got 50k robux from each refund instead of 100k.
Which means that I’m still missing 100k robux from the expedited reviews.
PS: I’m pretty sure this bug is happening because Roblox recently changed the price of expedited reviews from 100k robux to 50k, but who bought it for 100k should still be getting 100k robux back.
PS: I’m not sure if this could be the reason, but maybe these aren’t the actual refunds but instead they refunded us 50k robux now because they changed the price and then they’re going to give us another 50k robux when we were supposted to get the actual refund.
This could explain why they first refunded us 100k robux to then take 50k back
It would’ve been nice if we had gotten more informations about this before the change🥲
Hey, I’m in the same boat as you, I had also paid 100k for the expedited review process but when requesting a refund the menu popped up saying I’m only getting 50k back -_-
Same issue here; I needed to expedite my group game ASAP so i pulled the funds from my group into the group holder account, and used that to expedite the game. I also had paid 100k robux on that account, and yet i only get 50k refunded.
There was an issue that duplicated a log of an extra 50k charge, but no robux was removed from your account. We are working to remove this extra log line, but there was no outflow of robux associated, only a net inflow of 50k per the expedited fee reduction.
You will be able to request a refund of the 50k expedited fee after 90 days of the initial deposit.
