Issue Summary Our experience was recently moderated under “Misusing Roblox Systems” due to a TextChatService compliance flag. We audited the experience immediately and deployed a backend update to ensure all custom chat and UGC text surfaces properly invoke FilterStringAsync / TextChatService and enforce proper rate-limiting.
Reason for DevForum Outreach While the technical compliance fixes have been complete and live for several days, our standard email support ticket (#180691149) has stalled due to ticket activity queue resets from follow-up messages.
The experience remains moderated, which is resulting in prolonged downtime for our player base.
Request We are seeking assistance from DevRel or staff to help route ticket #180691149 for an internal status check and flag it for human review now that the patch is live.
