Experience banned for content that does not exist

Hello, my experience was banned for content that does not exist in my experience: visible free-form user creation.
The game had passed 500 highly engaged players review and had no issues with moderator review back then.
However, yesterday the experience got banned and the responsible moderator wrote a false reason for the ban.
The game does not contain “Voting” system where players “Compare” free-form user creations as the moderator has claimed. The game does not contain any free-form user creation that would replicate to other clients.

100k Robux was spent on advertising and nearly 500$ USD additionally for Sponsored Ads.

Game is unbanned now, but despite that, the moderator responsible for the ban declined all appeals making it look like my experience broke a rule when it was a false report.

Furthermore, all CCU progress was wasted including the money spent on sponsored ads…
This also affected game metrics.
It is extremely unfair as the moderator who banned the experience made a false statement in the reason, and it has caused my game significant damage as well as financial loss.

Very similar issue with me, my 2K CCU game that is a painting game doesn’t replicate paint to other players (because of this update). A moderator took it down yesterday for “containing freeform drawings”. This is the 3rd time its happened.

Same issue here, my drawing game has been through this exact cycle 4+ times: flagged for Free-Form User Creation, appealed, restored, then re-flagged again with no content changes. This time, however, the moderators denied my appeal. Despite the experience having already passed moderation review while it was banned. Currently still suspended after 15 days despite Appeals earlier confirming the suspension was removed.

can you tell me what age rating was set for this?

I don’t understand, isn’t your game basically free form drawing? Those games are pretty much set to 16+ thats why it gets moderated to 16+ (i think this age rating is dumb though)

All ages obviously. It’s single player drawing with multiplayer scores leaderboard game.

sadly it still does not count as all ages, because according to multiple posts, its said free form counts as 13+/16+ EVEN if its not shown to other clients, its a bummer

Then how about Adopt Me and Bloxburg houses which are free-form user creations? I recall some of popular RP games having drawing board which doesn’t replicate what other player has drawn, however none of those games were ever moderated for such thing.

Besides my game was moderated and about 2 days later reinstated without any notice or explanation. If it really was breaking rules it wouldn’t have been reinstated. Furthermore, the moderation reason listed features that does not exist in my game “compare the painting between players”.
