Experience banned for content that isn't accurate

Hello, my experience keeps getting banned for content that is not accurate to what’s actually in the game: “Free-Form User Creation (Present).”

The game had passed the 500 highly engaged players review and had no issues with moderator review back then. It is a player-only drawing game — it does not contain any free-form user creation that would replicate to other clients.

This has happened 4+ times: banned, appealed, restored to All Ages, then banned again with zero changes made to the game. This last time, my appeal was denied even though the game had already passed moderation review while banned.

While the game was banned for the inaccurate label, I resubmitted the exact same questionnaire (Minimal / All Ages) and it was accepted again.

A similar issue has also been reported by another developer here: Experience banned for content that does not exist, their experience was also falsely flagged for free-form user creation content that didn’t actually exist in the game, and their appeal was denied despite the ban reason being inaccurate.

Update: After 26 days, the experience has finally been restored and is accessible again.

I really hope this doesn’t happen again, since the same content triggered this cycle 4+ times before with no actual changes made to the game. If the underlying classifier issue isn’t fixed, I’m worried this could recur. Marking this as resolved for now, but will update here if it happens again.
