Our experience does not appear in Roblox Search despite being public and accessible.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Roblox Search on the website or app.
  2. Search for the (exact) experience title: “Forsaken Build Mode”.
  3. Observe that the experience does not appear in the search results.
  4. Join the experience using its direct link.
  5. Leave the experience.
  6. Check the “Recently Played” section.
  7. Observe that the experience does not appear in Recently Played.

Expected Behavior

  • The experience should appear in Roblox Search even when searching its exact title.
  • After playing the experience, it should appear in the user’s Recently Played list.

Actual Behavior

  • The experience does not appear in Roblox Search.
  • The experience does not appear in Recently Played after being played.
  • The experience is still public, playable through its direct link, and appears on the creator’s Creations page.

Additional Information

  • The experience has over 1.3 million visits and regularly has active players.
  • Multiple users have confirmed they are unable to find the experience through Search.
  • Multiple users have also confirmed the experience does not appear in their Recently Played list after playing.
  • We have already contacted Roblox Support, and they informed us that the issue had been forwarded to the appropriate team for review.

Note: This happens for every user on the platform that tries to search our game.
