I’m the owner of a Forsaken Fangame (experience id 8834699480) and we recently got our game hit with Reduced Exposure.
Again.
.We realized this because we had the word “Forsaken” in the game description. We removed it.
Nothing changed.
So I filed a ticket under Bug Report > Discovery Content Quality.
…I got forwarded to an AI agent who sent it to Appeals. This is the wrong department. They couldn’t do anything and refused to do a pass on the game.
…So now I’m stuck. Our player counts have went from 120 ish, down to 30, down to 5.
We are in dire need of help and this devforum post is our last resort.
We have a lot of original assets and content and we’re striving to add more, but this shadowban is a serious hit to us
We got it removed months ago, but we suspect the description got it added back and now it’s stuck again, so we know that it’s not an issue with the game content itself, which is largely unchanged besides continued additions of original assets and art.
