Experience is not removed even when receiving Email with “Content Removed” response from DSA team

Visual Aids:

Description:
After submitting several reports on this particular experience that violates the Roblox Community Standarts (Sexual Content & Spam) ( [😋] ОТЕЛЬ КЕЙК РП ГОРОД [🤤] 😳 - Roblox ) using the DSA Form, I received these two responses:

  1. “Illegal Content Report Decision: Content Removed.”
  2. “Content Already Removed”

However, the experience remains publicly accessible. This behavior does not match the expected removal and leaves policy-violating content on the platform.

Repro steps:

  1. Fill the DSA Form against this particular experience, don’t forget to specify your email there too, send it.
  2. Wait until you get “Content Removed” or “Content Already Removed” response on your Email.
  3. Visit the experience in your browser or in desktop app - it would be still present and not removed.

Expected behavior

The reported experience should be taken offline immediately after receiving “Content Removed” or “Content Already Removed” confirmation.

So you receive the notifications for your DSA report through a Discord bot instead of email? How does that work, and is that even reliable — or does it even comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use in the first place? :skull_and_crossbones::pray:

Maybe the bot is giving you incorrect information — you can’t really know for sure…

I think that’s a bit off topic there because it’s not related to this bug report at all.

Yes. It is very convenient for me and for other people in the same server.

Of course it is.

Yes.

… Ill ignore this. First of all that’s a webhook, not a “bot”.

If you don’t know anything about Cloudflare Email Routing system and Cloudflare Workers please stay out of this. This will seem like something only ‘hackers’ in these movies will do. You sound so cringe right now…

There’s a chance they removed the title/description/some other aspect of the experience rather than the experience itself. But either way, please copy and paste the affected ticket ID so they can actually properly look into this.

You probably won’t get a response to this, though, engineers responsible for the DSA team are abhorrent at communication

  1. “Ticket ID: eb2de6c5-46b6-11f0-bf72-a6e9adf1ba30” - “Illegal Content Report Decision: Content Removed.”

At the moment of receiving the email I instantly re-checked the experience in both the web and desktop versions of Roblox and nothing was deleted or “Removed”. The experience’s icon / description / thumbnail(s) / title, etc, or the experience itself was not touched at all. So there must be something on their side.

Whatever, I still believe the experience should take the punishment and get “Removed”. Saying just for sure if the staff checks this later.
