My game, “The Mimic FANGAME” (Place ID: 100718194480456), was removed for Sexual Content on June 16, 2026. From what I can tell, this was likely an incorrect automated moderation action, as my game was never intended to contain, promote, or distribute sexual content on Roblox. After the moderation, I submitted an appeal through the Violations & Appeals portal. The appeal was denied with what appeared to be a generic response, and none of my questions were addressed. I also wasn’t given any explanation of what specific content triggered the moderation or why the appeal was rejected. The purpose of this post isn’t only to question the moderation decision itself, but also to point out what seems to be a dead end in the appeals process once the available appeal options have been used. I’ve included the relevant evidence below, along with additional details further down in the thread.
After the first appeal was denied, I submitted another appeal through the Violations & Appeals portal in hopes that the decision would receive another review. Unfortunately, it was denied again with what appeared to be the same generic response, and I still wasn’t provided with any explanation of what specific content had triggered the moderation. After that second denial, I was no longer given the option to submit any additional appeals through the portal.
After sending the email on June 17, I waited several days without receiving any response. On June 22, I sent a follow-up asking if there were any updates regarding my request. It wasn’t until July 5, over two weeks after my original email, that I finally received a reply from Roblox Support. Unfortunately, the response did not address any of the concerns I had raised. Instead of providing the requested manual review or explaining what specific content had triggered the moderation, I received what appeared to be a generic response instructing me to return to the Violations & Appeals page and submit an appeal there. This is where the issue becomes apparent. By the time I received that response, I had already exhausted every appeal available through the Violations & Appeals portal, meaning I was no longer able to submit another appeal. As a result, I was directed to a process that I could no longer use, leaving me with no way to continue the appeal or obtain any clarification about the moderation decision. The screenshots below illustrate this issue.
This effectively leaves me stuck in an unappealable support loop. As shown earlier, I have already exhausted all available appeals through the Violations & Appeals portal, with the portal explicitly stating that I have reached the maximum number of appeals and can no longer appeal this moderation (see screenshot below). However, Roblox Support continues directing me back to that same page as the only way to appeal. As a result, I have reached a dead end. I am no longer able to submit another appeal through the portal, while Support refuses to review the case outside of it. At this point, I am unsure what official avenue remains available to resolve the issue, as I am being redirected to a process that no longer allows me to take any further action.
The current appeals process can leave creators with no way to proceed once all Violations & Appeals requests have been used. Support directs users back to the Violations & Appeals page, while the page itself no longer allows further appeals, creating a circular process with no resolution. This report is intended to highlight that issue. If a moderation decision is incorrect, creators should still have access to a clear path for a manual review or clarification instead of being sent back to a system that can no longer be used. I would appreciate it if a Roblox staff member could look into both this issue and my case. I’m happy to provide any additional information if needed.

Expected behavior
When a creator has exhausted all available appeals through the Violations & Appeals portal, Roblox Support should either manually review the moderation or provide a valid escalation path instead of redirecting the creator back to a page that no longer accepts appeals. Additionally, moderation appeals should include enough information for creators to understand what content triggered the action, allowing them to correct any issues or identify false positives. If a moderation action was applied incorrectly, there should be a clear process for obtaining a manual review and resolving the case.
