My experience has received another shadow ban with the similar behavior almost 11 months ago on the report that I made here
After making a small update for TopbarPlus in my experience, then around possibly 1-2 days later, I discovered that my experience went down on the search results upon searching the full game here which has severely impact the visibility of the game.
Then I discovered something new that my experience has reduced exposure across Home, Search, and Charts. My experience did followed their best practices: No unnecessary tags in description, no spam or irrelevant keywords that abuses the algorithm, unique trends compared to other competitors. The experience’s title, description and thumbnails accurately reflect on what our experience is.
I tried contact support again but apparently its most likely that they may not be able to help me again and may get more emails which I have to wait 1-2 days for them to respond. The worse is that the shadow ban may possibly remained months unsolved if I keep continuing using contact support so I decided to report my case here.
The experience’s acquisition stats received a massive drop which was similar to my previous report around 11 months ago
If anyone can help, it would be gladly appreciated!
Expected behavior
Experience should appear as top as intended by searching this keyword because it has an active 1,000 CCUs, 700 million visits, and 100k likes as of posting this.
