Experience Ownership Transfer Issue

I transferred my experience from my personal account to my group/community, but the transfer appears to have only partially completed.
It has now been over 3 weeks. The experience appears under the group in creator hub and its revenue is being routed to the group, but the ownership still appears incomplete because:

• The public experience page still shows my personal account as the creator/owner.
• Group payouts are restricted.
• I cannot create events and receive “User has insufficient permissions to perform this action.”
  
  
  
  The game currently has 1k+ccu, so this is affecting management of an active experience.

Expected behavior

The group should be recognized as the owner across all Roblox systems, with the correct creator display, working permissions, event creation, and normal payout access.

Hi, thanks for the report and for the details. We found a partial ownership transfer. We’ve fixed this on our side; please verify if everything looks correct. If anything is still broken, let us know and we’ll follow up.

Thanks, the ownership display/transfer now looks fixed, but group payouts are still restricted.
The group is still showing “Group payouts are currently restricted.”
Could you please check if this restriction is related to the partial ownership transfer as well?

Payout restriction is unrelated to the partial ownership transfer. The group is only 27 days old, and new groups normally have a payout waiting period.
