Experience remains "Not Discoverable" and invisible to all players after violating metadata was removed (Universe ID: 10549226482)

My experience (Universe ID: 10549226482) was previously removed from discovery for violating Roblox policies.

After receiving the restriction, I fully reviewed the experience and removed or corrected the metadata that may have violated Roblox’s Discovery guidelines. The experience should now comply with Roblox’s Discovery guidelines and Community Standards.

However, the experience status has not updated and still displays the following messages:

“Game not discoverable. This game was removed from discovery for violating Roblox policies.”

“Your experience is not visible to any player.”

The experience remains completely undiscoverable and is not visible to players, even after the potentially violating metadata was removed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Creator Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the experience with Universe ID 10549226482.
  3. Review the experience’s discovery/status information.
  4. Observe that the experience is still marked as “not discoverable” and “not visible to any player.”
  5. Check the experience through Roblox discovery/search and observe that it does not appear.

This issue has continued even after the metadata that may have caused the restriction was removed.

Expected behavior

After the potentially violating metadata has been removed and the experience complies with Roblox’s Discovery guidelines and Community Standards, I expect the experience’s discovery status to be reviewed and updated accordingly.

If there are no remaining policy violations, the “Game not discoverable” and “Your experience is not visible to any player” restrictions should be cleared, allowing the experience to become visible and discoverable again.

My experience (Universe ID: 10549226482) is currently unsearchable and marked with “Reduced Exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.”

I have fully reviewed the experience and removed the metadata that may have violated Roblox’s Discovery guidelines. The experience now follows Roblox’s Discovery guidelines and Community Standards.

However, the Reduced Exposure status has not been cleared, and the experience still does not appear properly in Search, Home, or Charts.

Could you please manually review the experience and confirm whether the Reduced Exposure status can be removed now that the violating metadata has been corrected?
