My experience, “Survive 99 Zombie Waves,” remains unavailable to regular players even after a successful moderation appeal.
The experience received four separate moderation violations that appeared to concern the same content. We corrected the content maturity questionnaire and removed the blood effects before submitting the appeals.
One appeal was approved, indicating that the corrected experience passed review. However, the restriction was not removed. The remaining appeals were later denied with the reason “Other,” including two decisions issued only two minutes apart.
Creator Hub currently shows the experience as Public, and there are no visible required actions. I can access it as the owner, but regular players cannot access or join it.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the experience while logged into an account that does not own or manage it.
- Attempt to access or join the experience.
- The experience remains unavailable despite the approved appeal and corrected content.

This appears to be a backend moderation restriction that was not cleared after the successful appeal.
Expected behavior
We corrected the Content Maturity Questionnaire to match the moderator’s assessment of Violence (Repeated/Mild). We also removed the blood shown in the experience thumbnail. The experience itself only contains light, unrealistic blood effects, which are accurately disclosed in the current questionnaire.
The questionnaire is completed, and Creator Hub shows no non-compliant regions or age restrictions.
