Experience remains under Reduced Exposure after Discovery metadata was corrected

My experience (Universe ID: 10549226482) is currently marked with “Reduced Exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.”

I have fully reviewed the experience and removed or corrected the metadata that may have violated Roblox’s Discovery guidelines. The experience now follows Roblox’s Discovery guidelines and Community Standards.

However, the Reduced Exposure status has not been cleared, and the experience still does not appear normally in Search, Home, or Charts.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the experience with Universe ID 10549226482.
  2. Check the experience’s Discovery status.
  3. Observe that it is still marked with “Reduced Exposure across Home, Search, and Charts.”
  4. Search for the experience on Roblox or check Home and Charts.
  5. Observe that the experience is still not receiving normal discovery exposure.

The issue persists even after the potentially violating metadata was removed or corrected.

Expected behavior

After the potentially violating metadata has been removed or corrected and the experience complies with Roblox’s Discovery guidelines and Community Standards, I expect the Reduced Exposure status to be cleared and the experience to become normally discoverable through Search, Home, and Charts.
