After that, I noticed that only players who had joined before can see and play the game again. However:
The same yellow banner still shows on the overview page.
New players cannot find or play the game.
Impressions are completely stuck at 0.
I am unable to run ads or sponsorships
It seems like the Appeals team lifted the suspension, but the automated visibility restriction was not fully cleared.
Could staff please review this and fully restore the discoverability of my experience? This issue has been ongoing for several days now and is preventing the game from reaching any new players.

Hi @DevSergious, your experience Steal a Meow is not suspended (not related to the other thread) but it receives reduced exposure due to being too similar to other content on the platform. This could be due to various metadata, but I took a look at your experience details page and in particular I suspect that your thumbnails could be too close to other experiences.
I have attached a picture of the new banner from your Creator Hub:
Please review our best practices and related dev forum post. When your metadata is sufficiently different from other content, the banner will go away automatically.
Thanks for replying. The yellow banner being shown to me is the “Your experience is not visible to any player.” “It is under investigation for containing content or metadata similar to existing Roblox content.”. So its just very untelling for me to understand what exactly to fix, but i appreciate you for letting me know. I went ahead and removed some of the thumbnails i added prior to this.
When can i expect the banner to go away after i have now removed these thumbnails?
I used some of the pet icons that ive bought from a pack which some other developers also use. Quite sad if im not able to use those pet icons as well when others are able to?
Also could be the roblox character hands i used in some thumbnails but got permission from a guy to use the same hands in my thumbnail, but now both these types of thumbnails are removed so hopefully it can be resolved
Also me not being able to do ads on the game during this also seems weird to me but i assume that i would be able to do ads if this yellow banner goes away?
I’m actually not sure why you’re seeing a different banner from me on your page - I’ll ask the team that owns it to check it out. I’m also not sure about ads but I’ll ask too.
Usually it can come back pretty quickly when the metadata is updated

The team mentioned that there might be an issue that caused the banner to be cached for you for additional time, but it does not reflect the current status of the experience.
Since it wasn’t cached for me, I got to see the “real” status which was that there was reduced exposure due to similarity to other content.
After you fixed it, I can see the banner is gone on my end.
