My experience appears to be stuck in the Audience Reach review process after a moderation suspension was removed.
Experience:
https://www.roblox.com/games/100138225197842/308-Mexico
The experience was previously moderated/suspended due to an issue related to an in-game phone interface. We fixed the issue by removing the affected feature, replied to Roblox Appeals, and the suspension was removed on July 2, 2026.
Before the moderation issue, the experience was available to all ages / wider audience reach. After the suspension was removed, the experience became restricted to 16+ and now shows:
“Pending final review.
Audience expansion will commence shortly.”
It has now been stuck in this state for one week.
I contacted Roblox Support, but the response only explained general publishing eligibility requirements, which does not address this issue. The experience is already published and the suspension was already removed.
Steps / context:
- Experience was moderated/suspended.
- The affected phone/Twixter feature was removed.
- Roblox Appeals removed the suspension on July 2, 2026.
- Audience Reach changed/remained restricted to 16+.
- The page still says “Pending final review. Audience expansion will commence shortly.”
- The status has not changed after one week.
Expected behavior
The Audience Reach review should complete normally after the suspension was removed.
If the experience no longer has any remaining issue, it should return to its previous audience availability instead of remaining stuck at 16+ with “Pending final review.”
If there is still specific content preventing audience expansion, the system should show a clear reason or action required instead of staying in a pending state indefinitely.
