My experience, FNaF Multiverse RP (ID: 136863116231983), is currently unplayable due to a technical synchronization error in the moderation system.
Details:
- On April 4th, the experience was moderated due to a “Privacy Policy” violation (false positive regarding YouTuber aliases).
- I appealed through the official support channel (Ticket 165483279).
- The moderation team accepted the appeal and confirmed the content was cleared.
- However, while the Experience status appears “clean,” the Root Place remains stuck in a permanent “Under Review” state.
The issue: Whenever I try to set the experience to “Public,” I receive the following error: “The root place for this universe is under review and cannot be activated.”
Steps taken to resolve:
- I have already removed the flagged content.
- I tried publishing a new version from Roblox Studio to force a metadata update.
- I contacted support via email multiple times, but while they say the moderation is lifted, the technical flag on the Root Place persists.
Request: I need a staff member or developer with system permissions to manually clear the “Under Review” flag from the Root Place ID 136863116231983. This seems to be an internal database desync where the moderation override didn’t propagate to the root place status.
