System Synchronization Error: Start Place stuck in “Under Review” state.
My experience, FNaF Multiverse RP, is currently inaccessible to the public due to a technical desync in the moderation system.
Reproduction Steps:
Experience was moderated on April 4th (Privacy Policy violation - False Positive).
I appealed via Support Tickets #165483279.
Support accepted the appeal and confirmed the moderation was lifted.
Despite the approval, the Start Place (Root Place) remains locked in an “Under Review” state in the Creator Hub.
Attempting to set the experience to “Public” fails with the error: “The root place for this universe is under review and cannot be activated.”
Expected behavior
The “Under Review” flag on the Start Place should have been automatically cleared once the appeal was accepted by the moderation team. I expect the system to allow me to switch the experience to “Public” so my users can play it again.
