I am experiencing a persistent issue where specific experiences cannot start a server. Players get stuck indefinitely on the “Waiting for an available server” / “Waiting for a suitable server” screen and never join.
Key points:
This occurs on both the original experience and a completely new experience created by transferring all content.
The experience is set to Public with a 16+ maturity rating, and Its Completed the questionnaire.
I have tried republishing, restarting servers from Creator Dashboard, creating Private Servers, and testing from different devices/accounts.
Other experiences on the same account work normally.
Studio Play sometimes works, but the live client never successfully joins.
No other error codes appear — only the infinite waiting message.
Timeline:
The issue first started around mid-September 2026 (HKT) and has continued since then.
Platforms tested:
Windows PC and mobile.
I already contacted Roblox Support. They confirmed they are currently tracking an issue related to “Waiting for an available server” and recorded my report, but could not provide a timeline.
Please investigate why these specific places are unable to spin up servers.
