My experience unexpectedly enters ages 16+ rating seemingly without any triggers or changes done, even when it previously was for all ages, so far this has happened once or twice, and then it goes back to all ages so far after it gets reviewed. (as of writing this, the experience is still being reviewed for under 16, but the previous time this happened it did as i described)
It looks like your questionnaire was rejected for inaccuracy. Were you able to see a notice in your Roblox Messages inbox or your email inbox? You should have received a rejection email on 7/26 when your game entered the grace period, and then another one a couple days later after your game became unrated.
We will try to make it clearer, but a questionnaire rejection removes your ‘All Ages’ reach status, and you will need to go through final review again.
For the first time it happened I did see it, but the second time, if i remember correctly, it seemed to be a while after a questionnaire rejection, like maybe a day after, but I do not remember precisely how long. Also, with my other experiences I do not remember it happening when a questionnaire was rejected, is this something new?
Hello @Caelestene, is it standard that you recieve a rejection email when your game questionnaire is rejected for inaccuracy?
I just had my game get rejected suddenly without any warning, as in there was no grace period to update my questionnaire. Is there now no longer a grace period for rejected questionnaires?
This was quite frustrating as the audience reach had finally passed to all ages and was gaining a significant audience, but now that’s all been lost
