Explorer and properties randomly out of place for some reason

I accidentally double tapped on explorer or something i dont even know what happened but now everything is out of place, Ive been trying for like 10 minutes to get it to go back to its original place but I cant find out how to fix it,

Double click again on the button then drag it around to go to the right and then do the same for the explorer
